Privacy Policy

RespawnXP ("we", "us") runs respawnxp.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the site, create an account or place an order. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

Information you give us:

• Account details: your name and email address, and a Discord username if you choose to add one.
• Order details: the services, games, platform and options you pick, and coupon codes you use.
• Ticket messages: what you write to your player and our team, including game login details you send for a piloted order.
• Reviews you leave, and any messages you send to support.
• For hosters: the games you work on and records of the orders you complete and your earnings.

Information collected when you use the site:

• Your IP address, the country it points to and your browser type, recorded when you sign in and when you check out. We use these to protect accounts and payments from fraud and to answer payment disputes.
• Sign-in records, such as when you signed in and the one-time codes we sent (codes expire after 15 minutes).
• Basic server logs kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting.

Payment information: Stripe processes your payment. We receive the payment status and a reference number from Stripe, never your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To take payment, deliver your order and support you through your ticket.
• To send emails about your account and orders, such as sign-in codes, payment receipts and ticket replies. You can turn off ticket emails in your profile.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and off-platform selling, and to keep customers and hosters safe.
• To answer refunds and payment disputes, including sending your order and ticket records to the bank when a chargeback is filed.
• To understand how the shop is doing using our own order records. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as follows:

• Hosters: the player who claims your order sees your name, your order details and your ticket messages, so they can do the work.
• Our staff: owners and support staff can see orders and tickets to run the service. New ticket alerts with your name, order number, game and service are posted to our private staff Discord server.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (network and security), our email provider (sending email) and our database host. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Banks and card networks, through Stripe, when you file a payment dispute.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect people from harm or fraud.
• A buyer or successor, if RespawnXP is sold or merged, under this same policy.

We use one cookie, rx_session, which keeps you signed in. It is required for your account to work, so there is no cookie banner. Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Account details: while your account is open.
• Orders, payments, tickets and the related IP records: for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, refunds and payment disputes, after which we delete them.
• One-time sign-in codes: they expire after 15 minutes.

Game login details stay in your ticket history. Change your password once your order is finished so the details you sent no longer work.

The site uses HTTPS everywhere. Ticket messages are encrypted when stored, payment is handled by Stripe, and only staff who need access can see orders and tickets. No system is perfectly secure, so please send login details only inside your ticket and never by email.

• Get a copy: use Download my data in your profile to get everything we hold about you in one file.
• Correct it: update your name and email preferences in your profile, or ask us.
• Delete it: email [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete your account and personal information, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or open payment disputes.
• Opt out of emails you do not need: turn off ticket emails in your profile. We still send sign-in codes and receipts.

Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have further rights, including to know what we collect, to object to or limit some uses, and to complain to a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email us and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm the request comes from your account email.

In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed under What we collect (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity and inferred location from IP address) for the purposes listed above. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

RespawnXP is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
